Really good service kept in touch even when DVA was slow. Ended up getting miles more than I expected excellent referrals and super fast appointments. Bear in mind its paid as opposed to doing it yourself or getting a volunteer advocate. They charges me 7.7% which seemed fair for the timeframe efforts and appointments
